Managing M&E Quantity Surveyor required to work on a range of prestigious projects for a Leading M&E Services Contractor with a UK Turnover of over £300 Million. This company is not only a market leader but they have the most exciting and prestigious M&E projects right now, with schemes worth in excess of £100 Million M&E.
This could be a great opportunity for an ambitious Surveyor to take a step up to s Senior Level, as this company are keen to give people the opportunity to develop themselves.
You must come from a technical background with experience in major projects. The role will be site based with a large autonomy over the projects covered.
This is a non-confrontational company, with a strong repeat business strand so pre and post contract work must be completed to a high standard.
As a managing surveyor you will have an M&E Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Quantity Surveyor on each site. - A team ethic is encouraged with an open environment.
