HVAC MAINTENANCE ENGINEER REQUIRED
Our client is one of the UK’s foremost facilities services companies with over 40 years experience in the provision of specialist support in the operation, maintenance and repair of building services.
Today they are setting new standards in service provision, health and safety and sustainability, improving the quality of life for people and organisations all over the UK.
The maintenance will be predominantly confined to splits, multi-splits and VRV/VRF chillers and may involve some remedial work to restore equipment to full operational capability if defects are discovered during the maintenance programme.
Qualifications and experience
The successful applicants will be experienced on the range of equipment specified, be capable of working unsupervised and must be willing to subject themselves to a stringent Security Clearance examination. Additionally they will possess City and Guild 2078 Part 1 or 2 and the associated ACRIB card or CITB 206810 Safe Handling of Refrigerant.
The possession of recognised braising and welding qualifications would be advantageous.
