My client is looking for a temporary Chartered Surveyor (RICS and General Practice) to assist a small team in the day to day management of their branch portfolio covering Wales, the Midlands and the West of England. The job is based in offices here in Bedminster, Bristol.
The applicant should have experience in Commercial Property matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews and lettings, tenant management and also minor estate management issues.
