Residential Finishing Foreman required for a housing project on the outskirts of Cirencester. You will be reponsible for finishing and handing over 4 of the 5 phases of the project which are all high end specualtive developments. as a rough guide they are both of 30 units with an average value of £750,000 per unit.
You will need to have the relevant CSCS card and be able to demonstrate a strong residential past, however this is not simply house bashing and there are numerous bespoke elements to each build.
The contract is scheduled to run for 12 months and you will be working alongside two Site Managers (who will be responsible for the individual phases). The contracts manager is based on site. |
