The Role
To join their successful team, you will need to demonstrate experience in the following:
• Managing tender teams for bids to £10m
• All forms of estimating particularly Design and Build and including bills of quantities, negotiated contracts and cost planning
• Good customer liaison and organisational skills

The Individual
- You will have substantial estimating experience in a wide range of projects within a comparable, main contracting company.
