Company Overview
As part of my client s developing Construct Division, the senior management team is seeking an experienced Senior Design and Build Manager. Their customer focussed teams work throughout the UK, supporting their enviable list of ‘blue chip’ customers and contributing to the delivery of their business aspirations. They have live projects and a pipeline of work from customers across the UK and are looking for a Senior Design Manager to contribute to the delivery of this workload.

The Role
This post offers the successful candidate the opportunity to progress and develop within a team that takes delivery to commitments seriously. Total customer satisfaction is one of their core values and must be achieved by building safely whilst taking due account of programme, cost and quality. The individual will be responsible for the development of design management within the team and have functional responsibility for the Design managers within the company. They will work closely with Project Managers and Surveyors to ensure the efficient delivery of projects. The successful individual will be commercially aware and have a personality that generates a team atmosphere between all project participants.
