" 50/50 professional and project duties on commercial properties
" Employers agent
" Contract administration
" Party Wall
" CDM
" Project fund monitoring
" Business development
" Chairing and minuting meetings
" Final Accounts
This role, reporting directly to the Partner, doesn''t entail basic project management, but will require the successful applicant of managed projects up to £10m in all industries and including new build and refurbishments. Therefore this is a special type of candidate that our client requires. Chartership is essential for this post. |
