We are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to work for a Charitable Trust based in Bristol. They offer excellent career prospects (ie promotion criteria from day one, half yearly pay reviews etc) as well as flexible working hours and a competitive holiday package.
The main purpose of the role is to manage and coordinate project and minor development works across the Trusts property portfolio. You will act as contract administrator for planned minor capital and maintenance projects working on feasibility studies. You will be responsible for determining budgets and cost control.
They would consider anyone at any level as long as you are degree/HNC level qualified. Ideally they want someone Chartered however they would consider people who are interested in doing your APC and would help you with this.
