Duties & Responsibilities:
Essential:
Time served Electrician or Mechanical / Air Conditioning Fitter.
BTEC or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair of building services systems, ideally across all trades.
Working knowledge of Mod Safe working procedures.
Asbestos Awareness.
Hold or be able to attain security clearance to SC level.
Current driving licence.
Self motivated, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team .
Good communicator.
Desirable:
IOSH Safety Passport Holder
First Aid (Appointed Person) trained.
knowledge / experience of working in confined spaces.
Trained in MEWP / mobile access equipment.
