Salary guideline range £26000-30000
We are a recruitment agency and we are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Officer for our client based in the South West - Wiltshire area.
The successful Marketing Officer Candidate - their overall job responsibilities:-
Outline Job Profile
Enforcing the brand / key messages and raising the profile of the company both internally and externally
Support the marketing team in the areas of public relations and media
Support to both local locations in their corporate communityrelations programme
Obtain relevant UK MoD and DCSA clearances for all press releases, articles, promotional material, etc
Generation of Hawthorn site stories including joint UK MoD news
Raise visibility within DCSA and other relevant UK MoD agencies
Responsible for Hawthorn and Oakhanger sites marketing notice boards
Assist with the expansion of the company image library
Develop the new company Corporate Video
Responsible for site wide bi-monthly company newsletter
Responsible for article inputs to major client contacts Inside, Inter-company Services Newsletter, Telecom Services Bulletin and
Enterprise Publications
Create an up to date customer contact database and maintain
Responsible for all corporate sponsorship and the sponsorship policy
Support to the company in attendance at exhibitions and events e.g. stand manning, which may require some travel within the UK / overseas
Accurate recording, filing and archiving of marketing correspondence
Qualifications and/or Skills
Essential:
Marketing Qualifications such as CIM
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to converse at all levels
Driving Licence
Good Microsoft Office software packages, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to Travel
Must be able to work in a team as well as on own
Desirable:
Have experience of working with the MoD
