The right candidate will have have solid experience in dealing with contracts and bids with a solid appreciation of the engineering sector. This role would ideally suit someone who is looking to take their career to the next step and work within a well established and leading company
Responsibilities:
-Review of Terms and Conditions.
-Insurance renewals.
-Trademarks and Patents.
-Maintenance of Records.
-Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of Terms and Conditions; Agreements; Licences, etc.
Requirements:
-It is essential you have the ability/experience of reviewing Terms and Conditions and Agreements.
-Strong negotiation skills both internally and externally with customers.
-Experience with Trademarks, Patents and knowledge of Insurances would be preferred.
-The ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally.
-Be flexible and able to allocate priorities in an ever changing and dynamic arena.
-Be tenacious and a good problem solver and able to review documents in a proactive manner.
-A good general standard of education with preferably a legal or business studies qualification.
Salary:- Negotiable dependant on experience. Up to 30k.
