7.0 General building surveying workload

1.0 Two years PQE
2.0 Sound knowledge of building contracts (for commercial client work)
3.0 Computer literate
4.0 Able to meet fee targets and generate new business
skills and behaviour
1.0 Must be a good team player but able to work independently
2.0 Confident communicator both verbally and in writing
3.0 Ability to network at business development events
4.0 Interesting mix of workload in commercial, industrial and retail sectors
