Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing monthly reports on the sections performance.
- Carrying out appraisals for all staff employed within the operational team.
- Interfacing with the other staff within Operations to the maximum benefit to the business.
Suitable candidates will have proven experience within a similar supervisory role, ideally within Street Lighting. Candidates should be educated to a ONC level or equivalent and would have ideally served an electrical apprenticeship. You will be financially and contractually aware and have an understanding of relevant Health and Safety and Environment legislation. |
