Senior Highways Engineer is required for a major Highways company based in North Bristol.
The successful candidate will be taking the lead on identifying and delivering cost effective design solutions to maintain and improve the highways assets. You will be working on complex highways schemes and demonstrate Technical Excellence in Highways Engineering.
Key tasks include:
• Assisting in the management of resources
• Agreeing to briefs, programmes and budgets
• Preparing design, reports and specifications
• Monitoring and approving designs
We are keen to see CVs for candidates who are a Chartered Civil Engineer (or equivalent qualification) and have demonstrable experience of working on UK Highways schemes. Good knowledge of Highways Agency procedures and computer design tools is also essential.
Salary - up to £38,000.
