We currently have a 6 month contract in the Exeter area, for a Project Engineer to work on a range of Infrastructure schemes, specifically on 2 major projects. You will be working on behalf of the Consultancy.
The projects you will be working on:
" Major supermarket development in Cornwall - Major junction improvement to existing highway
" Hotel Complex in the South West - upgrade of the Highways and associated Infrastructure
You need to have relevant experience within similar projects, and be able to demonstrate your skills. They are looking for someone who can manage the design stage of projects and undertake all design. Use of AutoCAD would be advantageous.
Your role will involve undertaking design amendments and technical changes to the projects, so you should be experienced with these kind of responsibilities and have experienced and overcome site problems previously. You will need experience of designing a junction improvement, as this is essential.
Will also be responsible for all the associated infrastructure connected with the scheme and will also be liaising with the council and developer. Previous experience of this is also required.
