Our client, a National Engineering Consultancy, is currently looking for a Drainage engineer with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of drainage design, from draft strategy proposals through to design, approvals and implementation. This is as a direct result of an increase in work load and the suitable candidate will be required to liase directly with the client, approving authorities, and contractors on a day-to-day basis in order to ensure a smooth delivery of multiple projects. Deatailed knowledge of design techniques and standards for all types of draiange installations is required, including pumping stations, rising mains, flow control structures, etc. A thorough working knowledge of WINDES is required, as is the ability to supervise junior staff, and advise senior staff on potential design solutions.
