Our client is a multi-service company providing studies, development, engineering and project management services for power, process and infrastructure projects. Their involvement in power is long established; services have been provided in some eighty countries, over five decades. Their expertise covers the whole range of power sector projects including; thermal, hydro, renewable energy, and transmission and distribution systems. Their transmission and distribution expertise covers all levels of voltage to 500KV.
About the Role:
To take the responsibility for the day to day delivery of a wide range of civil and structural engineering design for a variety of power and industrial projects as a consulting engineer.
The role includes:
-Design of both reinforced concrete and steel structures
-Design of civil infrastructure works associated with power and industrial projects.
-Management of a range of civil engineering projects including preparation of reports, technical specifications, tender documents, advising the Client on selection of Contractors and supervision of the works.
The position will involve regular, possibly frequent short-term visits to overseas projects.
