Job Title: Site Manager (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services)
Reports to: Senior Project Manager (Through an in line Project Manager) who has the direct responsibility for the Delivery of the Implementation Program.
Responsible for: Assisting the client''s Senior Management (Senior Project Manager and in line Project Managers) to deliver the buildings and construction program together with the Management of the on site implementation of the construction works across all garrisons on Salisbury Plain and the Aldershot Garrison.
Have direct responsibility for the management and co-ordination of all on site Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services activities and interfaces and for the safe and timely delivery of the works to time, cost and quality.
Requirements: Experience of large building, construction and civil engineering contracts. Either professionally qualified with a university degree and or a higher education in building and civil engineering or alternatively developed a career through a time served indentured tradesman back round.
