Estimator – fully experienced/trained in HVAC/mechanical services – must have knowledge of the building services industry and be fully conversant with HVAC products - based Gloucester – salary to £35,000 per annum
We are looking fro an Estimator who is fully experienced and trained in HVAC/mechanical services for a company of heating, ventilating, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical contractors.
Working in the Mechanical Contracts Department as the only Estimator in a team that includes Contracts Managers and Design Engineers the Estimator should, preferably, be experienced in estimating software. If not, in-house training is available.
The successful candidate must have industry knowledge and be fully conversant with HVAC products.
The company is one of the major mechanical, electrical and air conditioning installation and servicing contractors within the Gloucestershire area and designs and installs heating, ventilation, hot and cold water services, gas installations, air conditioning, electrical and control systems and comfort cooling systems on design and build projects.
They work in partnership with several major main contractors on design build projects and have an extensive client base is extensive carrying out contracts throughout the UK and the Channel Islands.
Clients include the Ministry of Defence, Local & National Builders, Local Authorities, Hotel & Leisure Groups and NHS Trusts
Types of installations include: Heating, Ventilation, Air Con. & Comfort Cooling, Fuel Storage and Distribution and Plumbing Services
