BUILDING SERVICES MANAGER - RETAIL FIT-OUT
Our client is one of the largest UK building & construction companies working within homes, retail & commercial developments, property maintenance, project management and many other areas.
They are well renowned in the industry for having a great “Can do” attitude, with high staff retention and are building on their success year on year.
The role will be working for the Retail team, heading up a major account for the team, managing and delivering the end Clients requirements from Design stage to hand over.
An ability to build strong relationships is important, along with being able to manage a team and get the project delivered on time and on spec.
You will get the chance to travel across the UK, dealing with various sites for the Client and have a choice in which regional office you would like to be based in.
The following experiences and background would be desirable;
• Confident in managing both mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Experience within the Retail Fit out Sector
• Understanding of the design and build process
• Experience working with design teams
• The ability to chair and record design and subcontractor meetings
• The ability to interrogate subcontractor proposals
