A corporate Approved Inspector is seeking to sustain the success they have achieved since establishment by the addition of a building control surveyor with a ‘can do' attitude. With offices strategically placed nationwide, you will be based out of their busy office in Bristol.
My client has the vision to rise to the top of the Approved Inspector field and stay put. They are already recognized as one of the industry's leaders and boast a huge portfolio which includes huge multi-million pound projects such as schools, residential apartment blocks, retail developments and national framework agreements with major clients. This has been built around the knowledge, skills and dedication of their workforce and you will be no exception.
The nature of the projects lined up will be ones of high importance or large prestigious commercial developments. You will therefore need to be an experienced Building Control Surveyor who has the ability to tackle all types of projects, large or small. You will have a degree or equivalent in a Building Surveying subject and have the determination to one day become professionally qualified.
