A well-established player within the Automotive Market is currently in search of acquiring the permanent services of a high calibre Electrical & Commissioning Design Engineer. Their business which has seen phenomenal technological advancement over the last 10 years, with the need for hybrid cars and improvement in fuel efficiency, are looking to further strengthen their market share over the next 5 years by a strong drive for ‘Talent Acquisition’ and ‘Human Capital Management’
Your role as an Electrical & Commissioning Design Engineer is to be involved in developing how well existing manufacturing machines operate as well as designing new systems. The machines will be Robotic and CNC Cells. You will be involved in requirement capture, feasibility studies, conceptual design, modifications and assembly. You will be provided with the latest AutoCAD/CATIA V5 as your main design tool.
To be considered for this post the end employer will be looking for the following experiences
Experiences within the Automotive Industry
Design Experiences on Automated Machines
Experiences around CATIA V5/Unigraphics/AutoCAD
Experience in Assembly and Commissioning of new machines
Equivalent qualifications to a OND or HND in Engineering
The starting salary which is dependent on your relevant experiences could be up to £33,000 per annum + Over Time Earnings + Pension + Private Medical + Life Assurance.
