We are a recruitment agency and we are currently looking for an experienced Systems Engineer Aerospace for our client based in Derby. This is one of many aerospace industry roles we have both contract and permanent, please forward a copy of your CV or visit our website.

The position of Aerospace Systems Engineer is ideally suited to high calibre engineering graduates with sufficient and appropriate post graduate experience.
You will be given the opportunity to provide high quality technical input to our aerospace projects, and develop your systems engineering skills.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a desire to be challenged and to contribute towards the success and growth of the business.

You will be Degree qualified in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Systems Engineering, with sufficient and appropriate professional experience in engineering environments relevant to the aerospace sector.You will have experience in one or more of the following:
§ Systems Engineering processes
§ System modelling techniques (e.g. MATLAB /SIMULINK/STATEFLOW)
§ Validation and verification
§ Fluid system modelling (e.g. FLOWMASTER)
§ Safety and reliability analysis techniques
§ Airworthiness regulations

You will be expected to demonstrate the following attributes:
§ Professional in approach and performance
§ Strong communication skills
§ Commercial awareness
§ Team worker with the ability to effectively manage themselves and colleagues when appropriate.

Ideally you will be:
§ Possessing aerospace experience, covering fuel, ice & rain or landing gear systems.
§ Pursuing Chartership through the IMechE or RAeS.
