Our client is a market leader in the aerospace and industrial gas turbine (IGT) sectors.
It’s an international company with production facilities in the United States, Canada, UK, France and Japan. They are currently looking for the Product Engineer to be based on their site in Devon.
Skills Required:
Min. HNC or degree level in Mechanical Engineering
Good understanding of dimensions, tooling and gauging.
Good analytical skills
Ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver results
Main duties:
• Responsible for specific products from inception to order completion including the troubleshooting of any problems in production.
• Establishes the manufacturing route, tooling requirements and part dimensions throughout the process.
• Liaises with customers concerning design, drawings and specifications.
