Main Duties:
• Implementation, population, fielding and support for HUMS-related ground stations for current and future customers • Managing the interface between Customer and the company, and suppliers • Guidance to internal departments and customer users and provider/deciders on the features and operation of ground station software • Interface to Engineering, ILS, Training and Purchasing departments to ensure that requirements for data and other support are met
Skills / Experience
• Must have knowledge of aircraft, preferably gained in a Forces environment. • HND or higher in a relevant engineering or IT systems-related subject, or a recognised apprenticeship followed by relevant experience in one or more of: aircraft avionics, aircraft maintenance, aircraft operation, IT systems • IT literate, with good working knowledge of spreadsheets, relational databases and SQL • Excellent inter-personal skills • Prepared to work on customers’ or suppliers’ sites for short periods
