We are a recruitment agency and we are looking for a Air-to-air Refuelling Aircraft Integration (FIT) on a contract based initially for six months.
The main objective of this role is to to ensure that the aircraft capability to perform air-to-air refuelling (as a tanker and as a receiver) is taken into account by the aircraft design and system development.
Tasks include:
- Define and manage AAR function requirements.
- Define and manage function architecture, ensuring that architecture satisfies function requirements as well as applicable safety, certification and qualification requirements.
- Gain detailed technical understanding of contributing systems design, qualification and progress against aircraft milestones. Provide regular written reports of findings (successes, issues and risks) to task leader.
Optimise verification activities to maximise use of system verification evidence and define and manage specific function verification requirements (i.e. LTR and FTR) as necessary.
