Our client is seeking experienced project managers with a good mechanical / aeronautical engineering background to help deliver our engineering projects.
As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of fixed price aero structures engineering packages to agreed time, quality and financial performance parameters.
Overall project value is ~£3m, and expected to run for ~9 months.
You will lead, and be supported by, a team of project managers and lead engineers.
A proportion of the work will contain a sub-contract element, and hence you will also be responsible for managing the contribution of supply chain organisations.
Candidates will ideally be degree qualified (or possess suitable experience in lieu of qualification), and have experience of managing engineering projects to time, quality and cost objectives.
Aerospace industry experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
Experience of supply chain management would be beneficial.Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
