The successful Aerospace Mechanical Engineer

They provide high end technical and project management services to the prime aerospace companies.
They are involved in some of the most challenging and exciting aerospace projects in the world
The position of Aerospace Mechanical Engineer is ideally suited to high calibre engineering graduates with sufficient and appropriate post graduate experience.
You will be given the opportunity to provide high quality technical input to our aerospace projects, spanning both aero-structures, and aero-engines.

You will be Degree qualified in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, with sufficient and appropriate professional experience in engineering environments relevant to the aerospace sector.
You will have experience in one or more of the following: Stress analysis (including Finite Element modelling) Fatigue and damage tolerance Structural dynamics Composite materials Thermal analysisYou will be expected to demonstrate the following attributes: Professional in approach and performance Strong communication skills Commercial awareness Team worker with the ability to effectively manage themselves and colleagues when appropriate.
Desirable
Ideally you will be: Possessing aerospace experience, covering aero-structures and/or aero-engines. Pursuing Chartership through the IMechE or RAeS.
