Accommodation Project Manager required to provide a professional service and project management to customers, co-ordination and management of specific projects and programmes of work primarily upon Accommodation projects.
Duties:
- Supporting the delivery of Core Services requirements to accommodation services
- Undertake a programme of projects to meet client programme as directed and agreed by Project Manager.
- Clarify the scope of projects, delivery of design and solution to meet requirements of project brief.
- Responsible for team delivery of all designs and solutions in accordance with relevant regulations, industry standards, MOD standards, contract requirements and best practice.
- Provide timely reporting and control documents to ensure control of all resources and supply chain.
- To act as the lead and focal point on allocated projects or programme works.
- To coordinate delivery of alt the above form the accommodation team.
Essential:
- Demonstrate proven track record and suitable experience of management of projects.
- Operating knowledge of management of accommodation type projects or similar high volume multiple projects.
- Operating knowledge of management of contract financial management and PEL management.
The Role will be based in the Bristol/ Bath area to suit workload. Please note the work will not be limited to the area.
