The Role
• Utility power plant layouts and erection processes.
• Steel framing philosophies, design techniques and relevant codes of practice for boiler supporting structures, boiler house cladding, structures, air heater bay structures, coal bunkers and their supporting structures or base plates.
The Candidate
• Be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in either Civil, Structural or Mechanical engineering or have full membership of a relevant professional institution,
• Have significant and appropriate experience, ideally from a power generation environment.
