A PQS firm based in Welwyn Garden City are seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor with client facing skills who is able to work in a busy team.
My client has been established for over 30 years and have 5 UK offices. They have a framework agreement in place with Tesco which is ongoing aswell as working on other projects within the commercial, retail, bank and leisure sector.
You will be required to provide close client contact and attend meetings with the client and on site. As the PQS on the project you will be required to perform pre and post contract duties, including feasibility and final accounts.
Commercial experience is desirable for this role aswell as a good understanding of feasibility studies.
