Our client is currently looking for a Pre Contracts Manager, for their design and builds contracts. This role will cover London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex for projects up to £35m. The role as a Pre Contracts Manager will have the individual working closely with the design team and have you involved in all tenders at the bid stage. The Pre Contracts Manager will report directly to the Project Director.
The ideal Pre Contracts Manager should have a strong design and build background. Applicants from a fit out background or main contracting background will be considered. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of projects up to £35m.
