About You:
You will possess excellent technical skills in M&E building services engineering and will have sound maintenance back ground and will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to understand and express technical concepts clearly and accurately. With, or working towards professional status, you'll have an understanding of M&E maintenance practices, contract and project-management processes in connection with building services engineering. It's also desirable that you have a working knowledge of National Schedule of Rates.
