Job Role:
My client is one of the UK's leading Design, Installation, and Facilities companies and are looking to recruit an Estimator to work from the data supplied by the team of quantity surveyors to produce quotes.
This is an expanding company that currently has a turnover in the region of £40 Million and offers premium pricing, not competitive pricing.
Coming ideally from a management background, you will be working from drawings to work out costings and giving presentations of tenders to very important clients.
Preferred Skills:
Word and Excel are essential to this role as is the ability to read from drawings and accurately calculate costs being able to justify any alterations.
Someone from a management background or of management calibre would be ideally suited to this role due to the dealings with major accounts.
M & E experience is essential.
