To work closely with the Client in order to provide an efficient and pro-active Handy person facility and capability throughout the premises, thus ensuring that the building operates as efficiently as may be expected by the Client, but within the limits of his/her responsibility. To be responsive to all non-critical reactive calls and to assist with reactive calls of a critical nature. To escalate any tasks which fall outside of his/her skill levels. To determine any additional works that may be required now or in the immediate future and to notify the Regional Supervisor of quotations to be prepared and submitted. Make recommendations to the Regional Supervisor on matters concerning continuous improvement and “adding value” that may improve the productivity, costs, quality of service delivery etc. of all work for which the Company has a responsibility. Duties to include but are not restricted to: Plumbing, lamp changing, emergency lighting tests, basic carpentry, comfort cooling and heating, plant room attendant duties, general ironmongery tasks .
