An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this well established manufacturing company based in Aldershot.
My client is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team due to company expansion.
Your responsibilities will include:
* To carry out electrical maintenance and fault finding on all plant equipment including injection and compression moulding machines - ultimately ensuring the smooth running of the manufacturing site.
* To carry out all planned and preventative maintenance as scheduled by the production team.
* To undertake portable appliance testing on an annual basis
* Planned and preventative maintenance to general building services i.e. compressors, water treatment, electrical distribution equipment
* You will be required to provide 24 hour breakdown cover on a rota basis with other team members.
* Be comfortable and capable working on your own or with the maintenance team
The position is ideally suited to a time served engineer who may have worked as an electrical engineer preferably within a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
An electrical qualification such as 16th edition IEE wiring regulations would be advantageous.
