· To undertake routine PPM tasks to all Mechanical and Electrical services.
· To undertake reactive maintenance/repairs as required.
· To undertake minor new works and complete required certification as necessary.
· To undertake Escort duties of Sub-contractors where required.
· To attend site meetings or training when required.
You should hold City & Guilds in Electrical Installation Parts I & II or equivalent and the 16th Edition.
This vacancy is working at a very high profile building and as such you should have previous experience in a similar role.
