Our client is a leading service provider and has an immediate job vacancy for a Handyman (M/F), Building Fabric Technician/ Maintenance Engineer to provide reactive maintenance to a leading financial institutions offices and call centres located in Coventry.
Duties will include:-
Painting
General Carpentry
Porterage
Basic Plumbing
Boarding etc.
Applicants must have proven experience having worked in a similar field and ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 2/City & Guilds in a Building Services Discipline
Applicants must also have excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills and hold a valid Driving Licence.
Be able to work well in a team and also be self motivated.
