SOFTWARE ENGINEER / BUCKINGHAMSHIRE / £NEG
* Working in a dynamic environment on challenging projects, you will be a member of the team developing external memory interface architectures & solutions for current & future FPGA families
* We are looking for Software Engineers with strong software design skills & the ability to appreciate electronic design issues
* Other essential experience includes strong Java or C++ skills
* Experience in some of the following beneficial:
- Java GUI
- Familiar with VHDL or Verilog for synthesis &/or simulation
- Basic understanding of digital logic & FPGAs
- TCL or other scripting languages
In this varied & challenging position, your responsibilities will include:
* Developing tools for VHDL & Verilog netlist generation
* Specification/creation of Java based GUIs
* Improving customer usability of IP through development of IP Advisor & hardware debug tools
* Writing design & test specifications
* Creating & maintaining build & regression test environments |
