Helpdesk Technician with excellent knowledge of Microsoft client based technologies (Windows XP, Vista and Office 2003, 2007) along with good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP Networking required. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Blackberry handheld devices would be advantageous. They will be dealing with internal staff and resolving 1st and 2nd line helpdesk calls.
The position offers training cost towards Microsoft certifications and as such the ideal candidate will need to show a willing to learn and develop their skills This position is based in our Harlow office. The Candidate would be expected to work on their own initiative utilising all the resources around them.
