Extremely successful GIS, CAD and data management software company is currently looking to recruit a Microstation Product Specialist. The main focus of this role is to provide high quality and professional technical support to the company’s user base using MicroStation.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Resolve clients' application questions or problems in the areas of software configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements.
• Create self-help tools and online learning tools.
• Act as primary support liaison between company and customer.
• Keep customer informed of how and when problems are resolved whilst being involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for appropriate referral to other support and quality assurance areas.
• Convey customer feedback to product development staff.
You will have a detailed understanding of CAD / MicroStation and knowledge of the design industries. Your track record in a similar role will have developed your problem solving skills as well as your written and interpersonal communication skills. A good level of technical knowledge in Windows operating systems is crucial.
