The Role
• To provide support to the Branch Operations team in strategic resourcing and the co-ordination of site staff across projects both in the Southern branch and across Europe. Identifying recruitment requirements. • You will liaise with Human Resources to fill vacancies externally, and ensuring that we attract and target relevant individuals. • You will be expected to compile and monitor the plans for the Construction, Projects and Engineering sectors whilst co-coordinating daily any staff moves between the sites.
The Candidate
• You will have excellent organization, coordination and planning skills, coupled with the ability to work to tight deadlines. • Excellent administrative skills and great attention to detail are also essential in this fast-paced role. • An understanding of recruitment is necessary, and a basic knowledge of HR functions will stand you in good stead. With a similar background, your already honed skills will be transferred into this exciting opportunity.
