A Senior Traffic Engineer is required by our client's Surrey office to primarily support Executive and Associate Directors in the project management and production of Transport Assessment and Travel Plan type projects.
You will have solid experience of working on development planning projects for developers and be proficient in the use of SOME of the following software programs:
• ARCADY
• PICADY
• OSCADY
• LINSIG
• TRANSYT
• The TRICS database
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
A good knowledge of transport policy and the preparation of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans is also necessary.
You will have excellent communication and report writing skills, whilst experience of managing projects within budget will be beneficial.
This position demands a proactive approach in a team environment.
Our client will offer a competitive salary, probably in the range of £30 - 36,000 p.a., together with a comprehensive benefits package.
