Our client is seeking to appoint a Principal / Associate for their expanding Transport Modelling team in their London office.
You will act as a technical leader and project manager on a range of commissions and your work will include client liaison, technical control, staff supervision and quality review.
You will be appropriately qualified and will have a strong background in transport modelling and transport planning. A sound grasp of analysis techniques and familiarity with some of the following types of model; strategic, multi modal modelling, micro-simulation, demand, public transport AND / OR pedestrian is also required together with experience on current modelling packages such as VISSIM, SATURN and TRIPS.
Appropriate knowledge of relevant standards, procedures, guidelines and practices is essential
You will be a self motivated, high calibre individual who has excellent communication skills with a high standard of spoken and written English and the ability to prepare proposals, reports and other key documents.
Our client will offer an attractive salary package, probably in the range of £38 - 46,000 p.a., together with a comprehensive benefits package.
