Their Essex based team is focused on delivering solutions to a developer-based client on varied and interesting projects covering all sectors of development throughout the UK.
They are looking for an Associate to take responsibility for developing and maintaining a client base through marketing and also to maintain the quality and delivery of projects.
You will also monitor and maintain financial performance and workload predictions and will provide advice / guidance to your team on completing transport assessments, travel plans, 106 negotiations, site constraints, opportunity evaluations and Master Planning.
You should have a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Geography, Economics or Town / Transport Planning and you should be Chartered.
With significant and proven relevant experience, the majority of which will be in the private sector working with development based clients, you will also have knowledge of Public Inquiries and Appeals and of TRICS, PICADY, LINSIG, TRANSYT, ARCADY, TRAVL, MICROSIMULATION, CAD / AUTOTRACK, Cross Discipline AND / OR TEMPRO.
Our client will offer a competitive salary, probably in the range of £45 - 50,000 p.a., together with a generous benefits package.
