Door/Gate/ Window Technician – installation engineer - strong electro-mechanical skills - based Crawley, West Sussex to cover the Southern and London area – salary £19 – 20K plus overtime, standby /call out payments etc
We are looking for a field service engineer who has strong electro-mechanical skills, is experienced in the automation industry and who has previously installed or helped to install swing doors, sliding doors gates etc to work for a company that supply and install electric door, gate, barrier, shutter, and window openers for domestic and commercial use.
The company are automation and access specialists and are expert in openers that satisfy the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act
The Field Service Engineer/ Door/Gate/ Window Technician should have previous experience in the installation of doors, gates and /or windows and have good electro-mechanical skills. Living in North Kent/North Hampshire, you would be expected to cover an area from Norfolk down to the Sussex/Gatwick area
All candidates should be qualified to BS 7036. Candidates who have passed their ADSA examination will be preferred although this is not essential
Package will include
Overtime payments for weekend work
Inclusion on a standby rota which occasions overtime pay and call out fee/retainer
