Transition Manager required for the RSME PPP project team based between Chatham and Minley supporting the delivery team and partners during the mobilisation and transition period.
Job Purpose:
- Support contract manager and mobilisation manager in development of self-delivered Hard FM operational solution to RSME PPP – multi site project with sites at Chatham, Minley and Bicester - Responsibility for ensuring smooth transition from existing EWC/WSM/Property Management structure - Review, interpretation and gap analysis of baseline data - Review of existing PPM, rationalization and set up of revised PPM system - Liaison with internal company workstreams to set up transitional SHEF, QA, Procurement, Commercial and Security transitional procedures - Management of transition budget - Management of GFE transfer, accommodation and equipment requirements - Management of Backlog, LCR and Hard FM works requirements, review and setting up of works plans and programmes - Plan and execute Managed Fund, Excluded Asset and Existing Asset functional reporting requirements and completion - Work with operational team during commencement period to ensure smooth transitional support
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver key transitional activities - Review of specification and contract requirements in relation to the PPM and Hard FM reporting system - Close liaison with multiple stakeholders both in formal meetings and working informally - Work with Procurement Team to establish fully integrated supply chain to provide the hard FM services solution - Working with HR, trades unions and incumbent contractors ensure a smooth TUPE transfer process - Work with direct delivery management to set up direct delivery team - Management of accommodation requirements and interface with BDS to ensure provision of FFE and IT cabling requirements - Liaison with company project management team in the successful evaluation and implementation of injected works - Work with other members of the mobilisation team in order to ensure an integrated hard FM service solution.
