Job Role:
My client is one of the UK's leading design, installation and facilities companies with a turnover in the region of £40 Million and are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with an understanding of the M & E sector.
You will be handling major accounts, attending meetings to get details finalised and accepted, liaising with the main contractor and other consultants, submitting reports detailing final accounts and profit / loss details of each project.
Preferred Skills:
Full use of Word and Excel together with experience of working at a senior level handling major accounts.
Benefits:
Although the salary is stated at £40000, my client is really looking for the best available candidate and will pay anything upwards of this where it can be justified.
There is also either a Car or Car Allowance.
22 days holiday plus bank holidays which increases with length of service.
