M&E (Building Services) biased operations manager required for facilities contract based in Brighton and covering the south east region.
The operations manager will have responsibility of the day to day management of a FM contract with a large financial organisation covering 3 main campus sites in Brighton, Burgess Hill & London including a number of Business Travel Centres throughout the UK. The operations manager will have a hard services background and a strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical services.
Having seven direct reports and indirect reports of up to 55 staff, the Senior Ops Manager will be responsible for compliance, financial and operational needs of one of the most high profile contracts within Commercial South East.
This role encompasses managing a multiple client relationship improving service delivery and financial performance on the account.
The operations manager must have a proven track record at a senior level of managing M&E contracts, knowledge of P&L, financial acumen and commercial awareness.
