Job Role:
My client is one of the UK's leading design, installation and facilities companies and are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with an understanding of the M & E sector.
The role will involve working from drawings and taking measurements, liaising with contractors and outside consultants, sending receiving and dealing with monthly applications, submitting final accounts and profit and loss sheets related to each job.
You will also be expected to travel to sites aswell as attend meetings with clients to get details accepted.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Word and Excel are essential as is an understanding of M & E Quantity Surveying.
Driving License is essential for this role.
